What Withold is
Withold is a conversational support tool for people experiencing OCD and anxiety. It is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Crisis resources
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline immediately.

What you agree to
—You are 18 or older
—You will not use Withold as a replacement for professional help if you are in crisis
—You understand that Withold's companion will not provide reassurance — this is intentional and therapeutic
What we are not responsible for
Withold is a support tool, not a clinical service. We are not responsible for mental health outcomes. If you are in crisis please contact a mental health professional or crisis line immediately.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through the settings page. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us at withold.support@gmail.com
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse the platform.
